Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, Ride Hub Australia offers FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide but for e-rides only (electric scooter/electric bike). It is not applicable to accessories and parts unless purchased together.

How long should I wait until my order arrives?

Your orders are our priority but while we do our best to provide you with swift service, shipping time depends on the location. It takes 2-5 business days to ship to New South Wales, while it may take 7-10 days to ship to Tasmania. Please expect delays that may occur depending on surrounding circumstances.

Can I get my orders sooner?

At Ride Hub Australia, we understand that time is of the essence so we have an express shipping option but with a minimal fee of $10 to $50 (AUD) depending on the location.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Ride Hub Australia is doing its best to cater to other countries, however, as of the moment, we only ship to Australia. But don’t hesitate to reach out to us and we will see what we can do for you!
